Chef Hagit Argon-Roimi began her career in 2005 as a sous chef at a gourmet restaurant in the northern region of Israel. In 2014 she moved to the village of Limoux in the south of France where she started catering for private events. In 2018 she started her own catering company called LA TERRE (Earth in French), where she serves delicious gourmet meals to small and large groups. Chef Roimi continues innovating with cooking techniques and contemporary serving creating dishes with complex texture and visual aesthetics.
The Chef sources most of her fresh ingredients directly from her garden.
Her hobbies are archery, bongo drumming, photography, basket weaving, and gardening.
